Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations beyond your control may arise, requiring you to reschedule a class.  Please give us at least 72 hours / three (3) days’ notice if you are unable to attend.  You will be given an opportunity to reschedule.

All cancellations will incur a Twenty-Five and 00/100 ($25.00) Dollar Cancellation Fee for Healthcare Provider (previously BLS Certification/Recertification), ACLS Certification/Recertification, PALS Certification/Recertification and PEARS courses.  In addition, there will be a Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) Dollar Cancellation Fee for Heartcode Courses (previously BLS Skills Session).

If a course does not reach the required minimum amount of attendees within five (5) business days of the class, it will be cancelled.  You will be notified via telephone and/or email of rescheduling of course to another class or provide a refund, if necessary.

 

Inclement Weather Policy:

Cancellation notification will be posted on our website.  If weather is unmanageable, the course will be cancelled and rescheduled for the next available date.  Please contact our office for confirmation of course cancellation due to inclement weather.
